1983
Expansion of production capacity
EFKO is expanding: with a new production hall, we are increasing our capacity and focusing more strongly on industrial applications for the global market.
2017
New management
Joachim Korinek, Brigitte Korinek, Sonja Korinek, Daniel Korinek (BEng) and Michael Korinek are taking over the management of the company.
2020
Sustainable business development
We’re thinking ahead: by upgrading our infrastructure, EFKO will become 99% energy self-sufficient. This marks a milestone towards environmentally friendly and future-proof production.
2025
The future starts now
EFKO Global Drive’s Swiss site opened in February 2025. As a globally recognised partner, we drive technological innovation and set new standards in bespoke drive technology – whilst also further expanding our international presence with this new site.
2026
Construction of a new warehouse and administration building
The construction of a new warehouse and an administrative building within the EFKO Global Drive site is currently scheduled for 2026.
